2) Promotion Name & Period

Promotion: Mega Evolution MSRP Drop (October 2025) with TCA Gaming (“Promotion”). Promotion Period: 12:00:00 AM ET on October 1, 2025 through 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2025. One (1) potential winner is selected for each calendar day of October; drawings are conducted in Friday batches (Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, 31) covering the days since the prior draw.

3) Eligibility

• Open to legal residents with a valid U.S. shipping address only. U.S.-based freight forwarders are permitted.
• Must be 18+ or the age of majority in your state of residence.
• Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor or partners are not eligible.

4) How to Enter

Entries are managed via the Gleam widget embedded on this page. During the Promotion Period, entrants may:

Note: Use consistent account details across actions so entries can be verified. Automated means, bots, scripts, or multiple accounts are prohibited and void.

5) Drawings, Notification & Claim

• One (1) potential winner is selected for each day in October; winners are drawn on Fridays: Oct 3 (3 winners), Oct 10 (7), Oct 17 (7), Oct 24 (7), Oct 31 (7).
• Notification: Winners are publicly posted in the Discord #giveaway-results channel each Friday.
• How to claim: If you are listed, you must DM the server owner (reply to the winners post) and complete verification.
• Claim deadline: You have 14 days from the timestamp of the winners post in #giveaway-results to complete verification and claim. After 14 days, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be selected.
• Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for each covered day.

6) Verification & Cart Access

• Upon successful verification via DM with the server owner, the winning Discord account is granted a special role that unlocks the cart.

• One purchase per winner. Attempted additional orders will be canceled.

8) Shipping

• Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. U.S.-based freight forwarders are allowed; risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the forwarder.
• Undeliverable, refused, or returned packages may result in forfeiture without substitution.

9) Conduct

• Entries must comply with platform rules and applicable law. Sponsor may disqualify any entry for tampering, fraud, harassment, or violation of these Rules.
• Use of multiple accounts, automated tools, or circumventing verification steps is prohibited.

10) Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, TCA Gaming, Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, and agents from any claims arising out of participation, entry mechanisms, selection, notification, verification, shipping, or inability to participate or purchase, except where prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or damaged entries; technical failures; platform outages; or human errors.

11) Publicity

Where lawful, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, Discord handle, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

12) Privacy

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and to Gleam’s platform policies solely for administration and verification. Data is used to operate the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill the promotional purchase opportunity.

13) General Conditions

• Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs integrity or feasibility, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
• In case of conflict between these Official Rules and any brief summary elsewhere on the page, these Official Rules control.

14) Disputes/Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue in state or federal courts located in Guilford County, NC.
