The collection builds on the line of Start Deck products that appeared in the Sun & Moon, Sword & Shield, and Scarlet & Violet eras. It consists of nine 60–card, pre-constructed starter decks, each themed around one of the nine Pokémon generations. Every deck showcases two Pokémon ex and includes Pokémon and Trainer cards that match its featured generation, plus two copies of Professor’s Research highlighting that region’s resident Professor. The decks were released in Japan on November 22, 2024.
