This promo was given out a couple of different ways, but most notably to anyone who purchased $30 worth of Pokemon card products on the Pokemon Center website on October 17th, 2023. After about an hour, the promo was sold out, and the price of the promo hit $100 raw on eBay.
The price for this promo is expected to be quite volatile, as speculators and collectors continue to purchase this card on the secondary market, and as the promos from the promotion are distributed. While this would definitely make an awesome Christmas gift for any Pokemon collector and is worth taking a look at, we can't make any recommendations as to the MSRP.
