Another Surging Sparks product to consider is the ETB. Just like other sets in the Scarlet & Violet era, this box comes with 9 booster packs and a full art promo featuring Magneton. The pack price is a bit higher at $4.22, but the promo and TCG accessories help make up the difference.

A step up from the Surging Sparks regular Elite Trainer Box is the Pokemon Center Exclusive ETB. This one comes with 2 additional booster packs, as well as 2 promos instead of one. The extra Magneton promo has a Pokemon Center stamp which makes it the rarer version of the promo.
Notably, the pack price at MSRP is $5.45, so be sure to check eBay for the Pokemon Center promo and see if it is worth the extra cost. Sometimes you might be better off buying the ETB and Exclusive promo separate!

The single pack blisters and checklane blisters tend to be the worst value proposition in terms of pack costs, but if you can find these on eBay after release for under $5, they could be worth picking up. They come with the extra promo and coin, and we know how some people love collecting every Pokemon coin.

The Surging Sparks 3-pack blisters can be a great value if you can find them for the right price. At a current price around $12.99, they offer a pack price of $4.33. After release these may be in high supply, so look for deeper discounts on bulk deals.

The Surging Sparks Checklane Blisters come with 3 reprinted cards and a coin. There are definitely more cost effective options on this list, so unless you can find it for lower than $5, or if you specifically want the included cards, it might be better to look at anything else on this list.
Grand Adventure Collection

The Surging Sparks Grand Adventure Collection is actually pretty cool, though it should be noted that there are only 2 Surging Sparks packs included in the box. The other 2 packs seem to be Stellar Crown and Obsidian Flames, as far as we can tell. The pack price of $4.75 isn't terrible, but you also get 2 bonus regular promos and a bonus jumbo promo, the Terapagos & Friends card.
Final Thoughts
If you are looking for pack opening value, you obviously cannot beat the $2.92 pack price of the Surging Sparks booster box. The ETB is a pretty good value, but the Pokemon Center ETB is probably too expensive for the components and can possibly be obtained cheaper separately on eBay. The Grand Adventure Collection box might be the best value if the included promos do well on the secondary market, though of the 4 packs, you only get 2 Surging Sparks packs.
